Meet Our Founder
JEANETTE RODRIGUEZ
Founder/CEO
Jeanette M. Rodriguez is a passionate entrepreneur and founder of Vision and Heels, a women's lifestyle brand that focuses on empowering and inspiring women to achieve their goals and dreams. With over 25 years of experience in Finance and Trading Operations, she has honed her skills as a strategic thinker and creative problem solver.
Through Vision and Heels, Jeanette offers a variety of services, including coaching and mentorship, motivational speaking, and onsite workshops. She has built a loyal following of women who look to her for guidance and support in their personal and professional lives.
In addition to her work with Vision and Heels, Jeanette is active in the special needs community and founder of V&H Kids Foundation. Her work has been recognized throughout her community, where she oftentimes shares her insights and experiences on entrepreneurship, personal development, and lifestyle design.
Jeanette is a true inspiration to women everywhere, and her dedication to empowering and uplifting others is evident in all that she does. She is a mentor, and her passion for helping others to achieve their goals has made her a valuable resource in the world of entrepreneurship and personal development.

What is Coworking?
Coworking is about belonging to a community. Coworking spaces are designed to provide a productive and collaborative environment without corporate constraints on what is perceived to be an “office”.
According to the Oxford dictionary, coworking is “the use of an office or other working environment by people who are self-employed or working for different employers, typically so as to share equipment, ideas, and knowledge”.
Who is Coworking for?
Coworking spaces are for all! Vision & Heels is not JUST for start-ups and entrepreneurs. In our space, we welcome members of all types who are looking for a space to collaborate with others in our unique community of professionals.
Can I bring clients/guests/coworkers?
Absolutely! Vision & Heels is a great place to meet with clients! Visitors are welcome at Vision & Heels during business hours (9 AM - 5 PM, M-F). Please inquire for more details.
What does membership look like?
We offer a variety of membership options for every stage and style of work.
Our spaces are designed to inspire with a mix of relaxed seating, benched areas, private offices, fixed desks, and conference rooms so you can find the spot that works for you or your team.
All memberships come with printing, discounts on conference rooms rentals, free coffee, and access to member events.
Do you offer resources to help me with my business?
As a member, you will be sharing a space with unique professionals and likeminded individuals. At Vision & Heels, we will organize events, classes, and networking meetups to help facilitate those connections.
Is it possible to work just for a day?
Yes. Purchase a day pass & drop-in for the day to get some work done.
