MEET THE FOUNDER
FOUNDER & CEO
Jeanette M. Rodriguez embodies the spirit of an entrepreneur, a strategic leader who has leveraged over 25 years of experience in Finance and Trading Operations to build ventures that empower others.
As the founder of Vision and Heels, she created a women's lifestyle brand and community dedicated to empowering women and allies to achieve their goals. Her new consultancy, J-Marie, is a natural extension of this mission, providing aspiring entrepreneurs and corporate professionals with the financial and operational readiness they need to successfully launch and scale their own businesses.
Beyond her work as a business leader, Jeanette is the founder of the V&H Kids Foundation and an active advocate in the special needs community. Her dedication to uplifting others is evident in all that she does, solidifying her role as a valuable mentor and resource in the world of entrepreneurship and personal development.
