I'm Back, and the Vision Continues to Soar!

Hello Vision & Heels Community,

It feels so incredibly good to type those words: I am BACK!

It's been a significant journey over the past year, and I know many of you might not have been aware of my temporary departure. For a year, I stepped away from the day-to-day CEO role to pursue another opportunity. It was a decision made with careful consideration, knowing that the incredible team I had assembled at Vision & Heels would keep my "baby" thriving. And thrive, it did!

While I was away, I watched with immense pride and gratitude as Vision & Heels continued its remarkable growth. Every update, every new member, every story of collaboration and success that filtered back to me, only deepened a growing longing in my heart to return. Seeing the hundreds of women—and their allies—who have walked through our doors, found their community, built their businesses, and achieved their goals within these walls… it was a powerful reminder of the purpose that sparked Vision & Heels into existence.

It’s only been about a week since I officially returned to my CEO seat, and let me tell you, the wheels are already turning at full speed! The energy in the office is palpable, and I'm fueled by the excitement of what we can achieve together in this next chapter.

My mind is buzzing with plans. I'm eager to revive some of our most beloved community initiatives, like bringing back our insightful "Lunch & Learns" where we can share knowledge and connect over a meal. I'm also looking forward to re-establishing our uplifting prayer meetings, creating spaces for spiritual nourishment and shared intention within our busy week.

And that's just the beginning! I have so much more in store that I've been dreaming about during my time away. You can anticipate:

• The Official Vision & Heels Podcast: We’re finally launching our podcast, where we'll delve into inspiring stories, practical business advice, leadership insights, and conversations with extraordinary women and allies who are shaping their industries. Get ready to plug in and be inspired!

• Completing My Book: Many of you know this has been a long-term goal, and I'm dedicating focused energy to finally finishing my book. It's a project close to my heart, designed to share the principles and experiences that have guided my journey and that I believe can empower yours.

• Launching My Own Brand: This is something truly special and a natural extension of the Vision & Heels ethos. While details are still unfolding, rest assured it aligns perfectly with our mission of empowerment and professional growth.

This past year has solidified my belief in the incredible power of community, the resilience of Vision & Heels, and the limitless potential within each of you. We are not just a co-working space; we are a vibrant ecosystem where dreams are cultivated, connections are forged, and successes are celebrated.
