The Power of ‘What’s Next’: Kicking off Q2 with Intention....

Hello, my V&H Family!

I am finally back! I’ll admit, I had to take a bit of a hiatus from the keyboard to tend to the incredible whirlwind of events we hosted throughout Q1. Seeing our space filled with so much energy, connection, and purpose reminded me exactly why we do what we do.
But as I sit down to write this today, I’m in total shock: We are officially entering Q2. How did that happen? One minute we were setting New Year intentions, and the next, we were three months deep into the grind. With so much going on, all of it exciting, it is easy to just keep running. However, growth without reflection is just busy-ness. We must take the time to pause, look at our goals, and honestly ask ourselves: Are we on target?
If you find you aren’t quite where you thought you’d be, don’t panic. This isn't the time for guilt; it’s the time for "the why." Is the goal still right for you? Did life get in the way? Or do we just need a new strategy?
Right now, I’m feeling a bit of a tug-of-war. Part of me wants to remain content to sit back, breathe, and celebrate the massive wins we just achieved. But the "always evolving" part of me is already screaming, “Okay, so what’s next?” If you feel that same urge to keep climbing, this blog is for you. This quarter is dedicated to continued growth and success, no matter where you are in your journey. Whether you are launching a new venture or simply trying to master your current routine, that ambition is your superpower.
But here is the most important part: While we plan for the "next," do not forget to celebrate the "now."
We often get so caught up in the finish line that we forget that being just one step ahead of where you were yesterday is a victory. If you showed up today, you grew. If you learned a lesson from a mistake, you grew. If you kept your doors open during a hectic Q1, you grew. That in itself deserves a moment of celebration.
So, let’s kick off Q2 with a bang. Let’s be intentional, let’s be strategic, and most importantly, let’s be kind to ourselves as we scale.
Buckle up, V&H Fam… We’re just getting started!
